In God, we can lie down in peace, knowing that He is in control. God does not sleep. He is always watching over us.
Good sleep and rest are valued in the Bible. Remember, God Himself rested on the seventh day of creation, and He caused Adam to fall into a deep sleep.
Tranquil sleep is the reward of the humble and content worker. Enjoy these verses and have a good night's sleep. Pray to the Lord and lay your worries at His feet.
