A joyful heart is stronger and better prepared to face life's challenges. Even if we go through difficult times, we can experience God's wonderful joy.
It's impossible not to feel joy if we look at the great and perfect love that God has for us. And if we think of what Jesus achieved on the cross for those who believe, a unique and wonderful joy rises from our hearts.
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
